❀ Terms of Service ❀

✾ Please be patient when commissioning. While occasionally asking for updates is fine, I am not always working on art as it is not my main job. I am fine with update requests once a week and will reply when I can. When I make significant progress, I will send commissioners screenshots. I kindly ask for your understanding.
✾ Earlier deadlines have a rush fee. (I will calculate this according to how close the deadline is)
✾ Please let me know if you will be using the commission for commercial use. We will have to discuss the terms. With that being said, unless otherwise discussed, all commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Either way, I reserve the right to maintain ownership over the commissions created.
✾ I do custom (not listed) commissions as well, feel free to contact me for those.
✾ I will do my best to listen to your needs/requests so please don't hesitate to ask.
✾ For most non-sketch commissions, I will send progress screenshots as I go along. (Mainly Sketch/ Lineart)
✾ Prices are listed in USD. I do not compensate for international fees.
✾ Order forms are to give me a good idea of what your commission is. We can discuss the details if need be but please have references ready. I am able to work with words to an extent.
✾ Do NOT edit/repost w/o credit any of my pieces without permission (as a commissioner, please let me know if you want to do something with the final piece). I retain the right to post my work on social media unless otherwise discussed.
✾ I may decline your commission depending on my circumstances.
✾ Final pieces will be sent on a transparent background unless otherwise stated.❁ - - - Payment Details - - - ❁✾ Methods of Payment: Paypal or Venmo ONLY; I am currently not accepting any other forms of payment
✾ Under/including 40$: Please be ready to pay full upfront.
✾ Over 40$: Please pay half of the commission price upfront. I will not start on the commission until I receive half of the discussed price. I will send a watermarked preview of the final piece until full payment is sent.
✾ Refunds are allowed depending on the progress of the commission. I will not refund if the commission is passed a certain point or finished - mainly any point after finished lineart.
✾ Additional characters will have a fee of 50% to 100% of the listed price. Additional characters must be in some sort of interactive pose for the lower % fee. Additional fees and the like are added after.
✾ Prices may be discussed if the character has a simple or complicated design.
✾ I will let you know beforehand if I have decided on changing the price.
✾ I will ask if you feel that the final price is fair or not.
